"New Mexico-based Tullivers serves up an all-natural experience for every customer.
At the start, Tullivers Natural Pet Food was simply a delivery service in El Dorado, N. M., helmed by one woman, Ellen Hutchins. Wanting to share the benefits of feeding all-natural pet food, she began handing out samples of what her dog ate, then was surprised to find so much pent-up demand.
"After a year of pet food delivery- strictly delivery-I realized I needed to have a brick-and-mortar store, a physical location," Hutchins said. "I found a location in Santa Fe next to Whole Foods that was just absolutely perfect, so that's when I opened the first store...."

Regarding the FDA Warning Letter to Evangers Pet Food
Dear Customers,
After receiving this most recent warning to Evangers' Pet Food from the FDA, I can no longer in good conscience continue to sell this company's products. A few years ago they received a warning letter regarding improper canning procedures, and a more recent incident came to light wherein they were charged with stealing electrical power to run their plant, and endangering employee lives in the process. I am not comfortable with their ethics or their inconsistency in following FDA guidelines. I feel like they are a recall waiting to happen.
